Booking & Service Policies
Effective May 25, 2026
Please review these before booking your appointment. By scheduling with Sheilift Aesthetics, you are agreeing to the terms below.
Booking & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service price is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your service and reserves your time slot exclusively for you.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Your deposit is non-refundable. However, if you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit transfers to your new appointment — you won't lose it. Reschedules or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may incur the full service charge to the card on file.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the booked service. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment, and repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book with Sheilift Aesthetics going forward.
Late Arrival Policy
There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may not be able to be serviced, or your appointment may be shortened to keep the rest of the day on schedule. In either case, you will still be charged the full service amount.
Health & Skin Disclosure
Your safety comes first. You agree to disclose all relevant information before and at each appointment, including:
- Current medications (especially Accutane, retinoids, antibiotics, hormonal treatments, blood thinners)
- Recent cosmetic or medical procedures
- Allergies and sensitivities
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
- Active skin conditions, infections, or open wounds
Failure to disclose relevant information may result in your treatment being modified, paused, or canceled — and any reactions stemming from undisclosed information are not the responsibility of Sheilift Aesthetics. Detailed health and treatment-specific information will be reviewed and signed off on in your consent forms at the time of service.
Results Disclaimer
Skincare results vary from person to person based on skin type, hormones, medications, lifestyle, diet, stress, and adherence to recommended home-care protocols. Clearing skin — especially acne — is a partnership, and your consistency outside the treatment room is just as important as the work we do inside it. Sheilift Aesthetics cannot and does not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes.
Right to Refuse or End Service
Sheilift Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse, pause, or end any service at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:
- Disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate behavior
- Being under the influence of alcohol or substances
- An active contagious skin or health condition
- Undisclosed contraindications
- Any environment that feels unsafe or uncomfortable
In these cases, full service charges still apply.
Refunds
- Services are non-refundable once rendered. If you have concerns about your treatment, please reach out within 48 hours and we will do our best to address them directly.
- Products may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days if unopened. Opened products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, with the exception of a documented allergic reaction — please contact us right away if this happens.
Photo & Video Consent
By booking with Sheilift Aesthetics, you consent to Sheilift Aesthetics using photos and videos taken of you — including but not limited to before and after images, treatment footage, and in-studio content — at our sole discretion for marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes, without compensation or additional notice. This consent extends across all current and future platforms and media.
Guests & Children
To preserve the calm, focused atmosphere of the treatment space, please plan to come to your appointment alone unless a guest has been cleared in advance. Children cannot be accommodated in the treatment room.
Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present at the consultation and sign a written consent form before any service is performed.

The best way to reach Sheilift Aesthetics is by email at hey@sheiliftaesthetics.com. Please do not book, cancel, or reschedule through Instagram DMs — use the booking system at sheiliftaesthetics.com so nothing slips through the cracks.
Payment, Chargebacks & Legal Protections
By booking and receiving services with Sheilift Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Authorization to charge. You authorize Sheilift Aesthetics to charge the card on file for the deposit, the full cost of services rendered, and any applicable late cancellation, no-show, or late arrival fees as outlined in these policies.
- No chargebacks or disputes. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor for any charges that fall within these stated policies. You acknowledge that all fees — including cancellation, no-show, and late fees — are valid, agreed-upon charges in exchange for reserved time, preparation, and services. In the event of a wrongful or fraudulent chargeback, you agree to reimburse Sheilift Aesthetics for the full disputed amount, plus any associated bank fees, administrative costs, and reasonable legal or collection fees incurred.
- Assumption of risk. All services are performed with your voluntary consent. You acknowledge that skincare and aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to redness, irritation, breakouts, sensitivity, and individual reactions, and you accept those risks knowingly.
- Release of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Sheilift Aesthetics, its owner, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to services rendered, products purchased, or information you failed to disclose. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
- Honest representation. You confirm that all information you have provided — including medical history, current medications, prior treatments, age, and identity — is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Governing law and disputes. Any disputes arising from these policies or services rendered will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Agreement
By continuing with your booking and/or receiving services from Sheilift Aesthetics, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to every policy outlined in this form. You acknowledge that these terms are binding and that your booking constitutes acceptance of all conditions stated above.
